Merchandise Containers

  • Sellers are encouraged to fill their two or more of their largest containers with consignment sale items and use these for 1) return bin for unsold inventory to be returned to you and 2) a hangers bin (if you want your plastic, labeled hangers back). Please label all containers brought to the sale. Return box and hanger box labels are provided at check-in, however your bins should have your name marked directly on them. If you have brought many clothing/smaller items to the sale, please consider bringing multiple return bins.

  • Any additional plastic bins or “Rubbermaid” type containers that are used by sellers will need to be unloaded and returned to your car immediately.

  • MULTIPLES OF KANSAS CITY will NOT be responsible for any additional bins that are not specifically labeled for item returns and hanger returns.

  • Leave all lids to bins in your vehicle or at home.

General Tips for Easier Load In:

  • Children are not allowed inside the church during Set Up, Load In, or Tear Down. This is for their safety.

  • Have all items correctly sorted by gender/size and category.

  • Label each box/bag (with similar or same-type contents) using categories such as, “feeding,” “baby gear,” “small toys,” “décor,” “accessories”.

  • Bring a dolly or wagon to help haul your items from your car.

  • Allow plenty of time for load in/check in. It may take longer than you think.

  • Have all tags attached before you arrive!
